Shipping policy

For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancelations or order cancellations due to stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 30 business days.

Delivery

We endeavor to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as stated in the product detail. You will be informed in case of possible delayed delivery.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have specified at the end of the order. products from our company will be sent by cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of (two) business days at the latest.
